I am seeing duplicate reminders. What's going on?
If you have Event Based Emailing and Reminders setup, you will see SIMILAR
reminders. Similar in that they contain the same subject line but are usually
for different leads. If you are not cleaning out your reminder screen when a
reminder is complete, you could see two reminders for the same lead - the system
has reminded you once for a particular lead and is reminding you again. It is
VERY important that once a reminder is complete to delete your reminders from
the screen to keep this as clutter free as possible.
How can I see which Event Emails are going to be sent?
You can view an event email before it is sent by going to the Agent Matrix
screen (clicking "(All)" in the "Reports" column at the upper-right hand side of
the screen). All the reports currently available in LeadBoss will appear below.
Next click on "Queued Event Emails" to view those emails which are ready or
"queued" to be sent to the client. You can also see emails that have been sent
by clicking on "Queued Emails Sent".
