LeadBoss Q&A

I can't find my lead. Where is it?

Simply go to the "Search" page at the upper-right side of the screen. Once at the search screen you can run a search for the lead using ANY OR ALL of the parameters listed (first or last name, status, death benefit amount, etc.). The fewer the parameters you enter, the more broad the search will be. For example, if you simply type the first letter of the lead's first name, the search will return all leads which have this letter as the first in the first name. You can also search simply by status or by lead type if necessary.

I cannot find a lead within the Agent Matrix. Where is it?

If a lead IS NOT assigned, it will NOT show up in the Agent Matrix. It is possible to have a status set other than "New Lead" and still have the lead "Unassigned". Therefore, you may be working a lead but not be able to see it in Agent Matrix...

“…so we like to remove that word from usage here at OFG because today there NO LONGER exists uninsurable situations or cases. We “bought” into that descriptive when we were captive agents. Today EVERYONE is insurable and so now all that’s left is impaired risk. And impaired risk DOES TAKE a different set of muscles to sell and close.”

The P+ to SN issue- is a cookie cutter system. The Impaired risk rated cases are time consuming and can take you off track of what you do best. I guarantee you will make more money doing what you do best and getting some help from me on the IR cases.
