might be the neighbor down the street you heard about or this guy one of your
buddies knows, one of your business partner’s technical “gurus”, or…. it may be
you. The thing you and your technical guy need to take action on now (if
you haven’t already) is the protection of your business data and thereby, your
entire business. The question is: Who checks up on your tech?

Why can't I save a status?
LeadBoss will only allow you to save a status if specific information in the
lead is correct or present. LeadBoss will present you with an error in red
indicating required fields.
For example, the lead must contain an accurate email address with no spaces
within or after the address. To ensure there are no spaces visually inspect the
address before saving the new status. If you try to save and get an error or the
status does not save, put your cursor just AFTER the last character of the email
address (the "m" in .com or "t" in .net for example). Then hold down the
"delete" key on your keyboard for 10-20 seconds.
If there are any spaces after the email address, this will delete those
spaces. Then simply save your new status.
