LeadBoss Q&A

Which letters are going out with the event emails?
 
If you have an interest in which letters will go out with event emails, please send an email to David Penhallegon at David@insuranceonly.com. He will send you the letter samples, which status triggers their delivery, and when they are sent.
 
Are there any reports in LeadBoss that allow me to see which emails will be sent (event emailing)?
 
Yes, you can view a report at the "Agent Matrix" screen. Simply click on the "View" or "All" button to view the reports. Please note there are three reports listed. The second and third reports will show which emails are ready to be sent ("queued") and which emails have been sent.
 
What if the client has no email address?
 
This is okay. The system simply will not be able to send out an event email to the client.
