How do I export my leads?
1) Enter search criteria in the basic search or advanced search screen
2) Select the results that you want to export
3) Select export in the dropdown and click Go
4) Select the fields that you want to include in the export and click Go
Can Leadboss display a popup reminding me before a reminder is
due?
Yes, this is the default behavior. For this to work you must enter a Due Date
for the reminder, and you must set the TimeZone for the Due Date according to
the TimeZone that you work in.
Popup reminders will remind you 15 minutes before a reminder is due.
What is the maximum character limit for a note?
You can enter up to 1012 characters for a note. If you need to enter more than
1012 characters you have the option to enter additional notes.
What time zone is being set in the reminder - is it where I am
(the agent) or where the client is located?
The time zone should be set where you, the agent, is located.
Can I order medical exams through LeadBoss?
Yes! Simply go to the lead detail (click on the lead's name) and click on the
tab "Business Partners". You can then choose which medical exam company you
would like to use to order the medical. After the medical exam has been ordered
you may return to this page after 24 hours to view any updates.
How do I set up my signature so that when I email a client via
LeadBoss, my signature is within the email?
You can setup your signature by clicking "My Agents" (for an admin to setup
signatures for agents) or "My Leads" (if you are an agent) on the left tool bar.
Then click on the "Agent Profile" tab. If you are an admin you will need to
select the agent in the drop down box you would like to work with. If you are an
agent, you will see you information when you come into this screen. Toward the
bottom left of the screen you will see a number of check boxes that denote:

You can check these boxes or type into the text boxes to add the appropriate
information. NOTE: Be sure the information (address, phone, etc.) is correct in
the "Agent Profile" screen since the signature will PULL from these specific
fields. ALSO, the agent's "Name" and "Main Phone" are included automatically
thus there is not option to select these fields.
When I setup a template, should I include a signature WITHIN
the template or email?
You can include a signature within the template if you choose. However, be aware
that if you check "Use Signature" the signature you have setup in your "Agent
Profile" will be used. Thus, you would not want to include a signature in your
template AND also select "Use Signature" since this would include two signatures
within the email.
How do I assign leads to my agents?
To assign leads to your agents you can click on the number on the Home screen
that denotes "Unassigned" leads (remember, anything underlined in LeadBoss can
be clicked on). This will take you to your unassigned leads. Simply choose the
agent(s) you would like to assign the lead(s) to via the drop down boxes and
click "Assign Leads" at the bottom of the screen. All those leads which you
selected an agent for will be assigned to that agent.
Can my agents assign leads to other agents?
No. Only an admin user can assign leads to other agents.
How do I turn off headers and footers in Leadboss printed
documents?
The header and footer are actually added by the browser. You can turn off header
and footers in Internet Explorer by doing the following:
1) Click the File Menu
2) Select Page Setup
3) Clear any text in the Header text box
4) Clear any text in the Footer text box 5) Click OK
How do I reassign leads once they have already been assigned
to an agent?
You can reassign a lead by clicking "Agency" on the left tool bar and then
clicking the tab "Reassign Leads". You will then need to search for the lead
using the given parameters. Once you have found the lead you would like to
reassign, simply select the new agent which the lead should be assigned to using
the drop down box. After you have selected the new agent, click "Assign Leads".
This will reassign the lead(s) to the selected agent(s).
